It's one of four tattoos that he has. He wanted a sleeve representing the intermix of the elements fire and water, and <a href="http://holeshottattoos.com/section/210590_John_Clarke.html">John Clarke</a> at <a href="http://holeshottattoos.com/home.html">Holeshot's Premium Tattoo & Body Piercing</a> in Amherst, Massachusetts came up with the design.
